There have been only 46 men who have had the honor of being President of the United States. (Grover Cleveland gets counted twice.) It’s not my intention to re-write history. There are many websites which can provide basic information about each of the presidents. My goal is to find and share little-known information about the lives of these men. Who were they before and after the presidency? Who or what were the major influences in their lives? What led them to become politically active? What was their family life like? Why did they seek office? What was unusual about them? Could they be elected today?
